Kelayakan minimum SPM atau SPMV

1 tahun pengalaman kerja di sektor Chemical / Oleochemical

Boleh mengendalikan Forklift 3 Tan

Boleh bekerja mengikut Giliran Syif (3 Syif)

PEMANDU FORKLIFT (LELAKI)

Kelayakan minimum SPM atau SPMV

2 tahun pengalaman kerja di bahagian Warehouse

Mahir dalam pengendalian Forklift 2 Tan & 3 Tan

Boleh bekerja mengikut Giliran Syif (2 Syif, 8 Jam Setiap Syif)

SYARAT KEMASUKAN:

Umur 25 - 35 tahun

Rajin bekerja dan berdedikasi

Boleh bekerja Iebih masa

Tinggal di kawasan berdekatan adalah keutamaan

Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah

Lulus ujian saringan kesihatan

Customer Servuce Executive

Pasir Gudang - Johor, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Create, update & maintain customer, vendor & material master.

Processing of timely and accurate execution of orders and ensure on time in full deliveries.

Perform Import & Trade Exemption Application.

Liaison with government authorities on all correspondence with regards to import & export shipments; i.e. Malaysian Royal Customs, Port Authority, Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM), Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA), Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing.

Knowledge of MP5 (Master Production Scheduling), Shipping Procedure, Trade Exemption, Letter of Credit & Stock Planning.

Required Ianguage(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Responsibilities:

To assist in performing mum-processes relating to Account Payable functions; i.e. invoice sorting, scanning, posting and filing of invoices for different types of purchases.

To assist in preparation of monthly creditor reconciliation.

Maintaining proper filing system and to ensure traceability of documents.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Business Administration or equivalent.

Required Ianguage(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Computer Proficiency: Ms Excel, Ms Words, Ms PowerPoint, etc.
