Facilities Technician

JOB PURPOSE
Carrying out a range of tasks, working mainly within established procedures, but with minimal supervision. To conduct daily inspection on all electrical & mechanical equipment in the building and conduct repair work if needed

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES,

Checking and inspects fire safety equipment and performs grounds maintenance as well as maintenance around the inside. outside and exterior of smaller sized apartment buildings. A Facilities Technician monitors and operates electrical and plumbing systems and inspects and verifies emergency power, fire suppression and sprinkler systems, in addition to the above duties

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond and attend to customer repair requests. Communicate with customers to resolve maintenance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, building and others.
Perform maintenance of electrical systems & inspect lire alamt systems & conduct repair when necessary
To complete assigned works as scheduled.
Able to carry out works satisfactory with minimum supervision.
To attend wiring and cable works at site
To conduct testing and commissioning
Carry out servicing and maintenance & repair aircon & building as per schedule
 Accepting. following through and completing all assignments and any other duties as needed/assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
Min Diploma & Certificate in Mechanical / Maintenance / equivalent
Previous experience in similar role
Strong knowledge in electric & mechanical matter & aircon & strong communication in English language

Dependabillity,  Honest 'and integrity, Positive, proactive attitude. Works well with others & Safety conscious.
