Health & Safety ManagerThe role of Health & Safety Manager is to support the Health, Safety & Security Director to design, deploy, manage and monitor a suitable and sufficient Health, Safety & Security (HSS) programme across LEGOLAND Malaysia. You are required to provide proactive, visible and progressive management of the HSS agenda/programme to LEGOLAND Malaysia. You embed HSS as a core value in LEGOLAND Japan to deliver robust HSS standards, performance and a sustainable safety culture. You are also to ensure effective governance and assurance of HSS in LEGOLAND Malaysia, particularly with regards to engineering activities and ride operations. As a member of LEGOLAND Malaysia’s management team, actively participate in and contribute towards all areas of the business.
FINANCE
Finance AnalystFinance Analyst plays a pivotal role managing the company’s financial performance. This role is responsible for the coordination, consolidation, reporting and analysis of Legoland Malaysia’s overall forecast process. The Finance Analyst will partner with executive management and the finance team to consolidate and analyze results, while driving standardization and performance across the organization.
Senior Accounts Executive (AR)The Senior Accounts Executive (AR) is responsible to ensure that all accounting transactions covering various activities of LEGOLAND Malaysia are fully, accurately and properly recorded in accordance with Merlin policies, local regulations and general accounting guidelines. Establish and implement a system of revenue and inventory control in all area of operations. Manage the functioning of the Galaxy, Clarity, Navision and ERS system. Ensure all revenue and balance sheet accounts are balanced, controlled, complete and accurately reported each day.
SALES & MARKETING
Sales Manager (North Asia)This exciting role reports to Head of Sales. You will be responsible in planning and developing sales strategy in the region, implement and direct marketing and sales activities and programs for primarily China market and secondarily North Asia of Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan tour and travel industry. This role requires progressive inbound tour & travel experience and coupled with a strong network presence with the North Asia region will be an added advantage. Sales Manager, EducationPlans, develops, and manages the sales activities of Education channel for LEGOLAND Malaysia, Locally, Regionally and Internationally. Ensures sales attendance and revenue strategies and goals are determined and achieved to support the operating plans. Continually evaluates sales programs to compete successfully with other local and regional attractions and theme parks and stays abreast of industry trends. Directs and manages Education sales support staff. Ensures the development of effective working relationships with industry, corporations, Educational institutions, associations, GLC, government, semi-government, community groups, TA’s and other groups to achieve sales goals.
Senior PR ExecutiveSenior Public Relations Executive is responsible to assists in the execution of department strategies and activities as assigned. Specific areas of responsibility include media event development and coordination, public and community relations, and contacts with assigned media groups. This position devotes approximately 40% of time to media and special events, 35% to media contacts, and 25% to community relations.
PARK OPERATIONS
Attraction Assistant ManagerThe role is to support the Attraction Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations of the Theme Park Attractions in LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and Guest Service standards. Has responsibility for leadership and management of Attractions supervisor, Team Leads and Attraction Attendants (MCs) and supports other operational and commercial interests.
Attractions AssistantResponsible for supervising, monitoring and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely.
Park RangerAs Park Security/Ranger, your task is to support the Security Operations to ensure a safe, secure environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the Safety and Standard Procedure. You shall be responsible for the protection of the assets of the company as well as the health and safety of all MCs while they work in the vicinity.
Operations AnalystThe role of the Operations Analyst is to assist Park Operations delivering the necessary reporting documents, development and compliance tracking on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. The role is supporting the Operations Managers in their delivery and execution providing and treating data for further decision making. The Operations Analyst will keep track, gather and coordinate all data and compile them for the reporting deadlines. The role will also support product excellence in their absence and facilitate guests’ responding time.
ParamedicAs Paramedic, your task is to render first aid assistance to guests and employees in a safe environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the First Aid Standard Procedure. You are always the first one at the scene of the accident and are responsible for the initial assessment of a patient’s condition.
Admission AssistantResponsible for collecting park passes from guests ensuring passes are the proper ticket for admittance and for correct date. The incumbent shall provide information, assistance and direction to guests as well as assuring guests have proper criteria for re-admittance to park after exiting temporarily. This role requires someone who is able to converse in Mandarin.
WATERPARK OPERATIONS
Head LifeguardThis role reports to WaterPark Supervisor and responsible to execute task assigned to support the day-to-day WaterPark Operations including manpower scheduling, assigning tasks to team mates, coaching, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, test rides and the well-being of the team members. You will oversee the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attraction to prevent accidents and ensuring the comfort of our guest in the Water Park area.
LifeguardThis role oversees the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attraction to prevent accidents. You will explain and enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures; assist water park guests in distress or in danger of drowning.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Retail CashierThe role of Retail Cashier is responsible for the operation of the retail shop. Performs a variety of duties related to display and sale of merchandise items including preparing inventory for sale, processing sales, maintaining retail locations and ensuring positive guest service to park visitors.
MAINTENANCE
Electrical & Control ManagerThe Electrical & Control Manager role is responsible for maintaining and ensuring that all electrical facilities and equipment are in operational condition and in compliance to the local authority requirement, Merlin operations standard and most importantly, meeting the safety standard requirement. You will support the day-to-day operation needs in the Maintenance Department and you will also be working closely with other Managers and the team in achieving the departmental objective. This role requires someone who has high technical acumen, resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.
Facility SupervisorThe Facility Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Facility Manager on the day-to-day maintenance operations in facility functions and delivery of assigned tasks/duties. Keeping both guests and Model Citizens safe is the departmental first priority.
CMMS SupervisorThe CMMS Supervisor role is to support the Maintenance Department in managing and co-ordinate the Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS) in LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and the company standards.
Training & Compliance SupervisorThe role of Training & Compliance Supervisor is to develop, implement and monitor robust engineering and safety and training compliance and procedures across the maintenance department with a particular focus on ride related maintenance operations. You also required to assisting the Maintenance teams with technical or procedural queries, giving hands on assistance when necessary. The Training & Compliance Supervisor works closely with the attraction and corporate health and safety teams to ensure a consistent approach to safety management in line with local and corporate safety policies
Facility TechnicianThe role of Facility Technician is to ensure a safe and efficient park operation. They have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on Internal and External guest satisfaction with their actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will assist in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the resort. This must be done to the highest possible Quality levels, ensuring the agreed standards are met.
Mechanical TechnicianThis role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations in mechanical functions keeping the rides and facilities safe for our guests and employees. You will work closely with the department team lead and supervisor for work assignments and deployment.
Animation TechnicianThe Animation Technician is responsible for designing, building, installing, maintaining and servicing of electromechanical equipment, animatronics or automation equipment for a wide variety of LEGO animations.
WAREHOUSE
Warehouse AssistantsThe functions of a Warehouse Assistant are that of completing and coordinating the day-to-day operational functions of packing, shipping, receiving and distribution of goods and supplies. A Warehouse Assistant is required to work under the administration of Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager and efficiently conduct all duties and responsibilities assigned.
HOTEL OPERATIONS
Demi ChefThe role of Demi Chef is to assisting the Chef De Partie to produce high quality food and support in managing kitchen operations as well as following standard kitchen operation procedures to ensure a smooth and well oriented kitchen.
Junior Sous ChefThe role of Junior Sous Chef is responsible to work with and help to develop a first class team of Chefs and Kitchen Porters, manage the production and service from the kitchen and regularly evaluate food standards in the LEGOLAND Hotel. You'll be used to working in very fast paced, bulk catering environments - as this role is going to keep you very busy! You'll deputies for the Head Chef in his absence, taking day to day responsibility for the operation of the Kitchens and the team under your control.
Food & Beverage AssistantThe Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.
StewardThe role of Steward is required to maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary manner by following the cleaning schedules and adhering to the Health & Hygiene Regulations and Company policy and procedures.
Room Attendants
Responsible for providing guest a memorable experience by and maintaining guest rooms’ cleanliness and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards.

Bell AttendantsResponsible to the Bell Captain for welcoming and escorting guests with their baggage to and from their rooms during check-ins and check-outs. Also, you are required to handle luggage and other baggage carefully and safely.
Security Officer
Responsible for securing all Hotel properties, guest and clientele, ensuring that set security and safety procedures are followed.

Security Team LeaderThe Security Team Leader is to provide a safe, secure environment in which our guests can enjoy their stay at Hotel LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. You will also be required to work well with other team members in the department/organization and carry out Hotel related assignments to support the operation that are delegated by your superior.
